Found in the heart of London’s theatreland, St Martin’s theatre shares the area with its sister theatre, the Ambassadors, and the Theatre Royal Drury Lane is also just around the corner. On the doorstep of Covent Garden Piazza, there are some excellent bars, clubs, restaurants and cafes in the area to suit all tastes and the public transport links are really good.
The London Congestion Charge Zone applies to the roads around the venue, weekdays from 7am until 6pm (not including bank holidays) at a cost of £10 per day. Driving in the area after 6pm is free, although car parking is expensive
St Martin’s is part of the Q-Park Scheme. The nearest Q Park is the 24hr Chinatown car park (20 Newport Place, WC2H 7PR). Parking costs about £18 for up to 3hrs and £24 for 4hrs but you can halve that when you get you parking ticked stamped at the theatre.
There is also a closer car park, the NCP on Upper St Martin’s Lane, costing £18 for 4 hours and NOT a member of the Q Park Scheme.
