Pre-purchased tickets can be collected from the box office in the venue within the hour before the show starts. If you plan to collect yours, take proof of purchase in the form of the card you used to make your purchase and the booking reference number.
If you would like to book your tickets in person, visit the box office within the theatre building on West Street. It's open Mondays to Saturdays, 10am to 8pm.
Why not buy your theatre tickets on the internet? Millions of us do it. Stay safe by picking a seller with official STAR accreditation, awarded by the Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers. If they don't have the STAR logo on the home page, they aren't accredited.
Unlike unofficial sellers, they're on your side. They'll reveal the ticket face value up front, inform you of any restricted views before you pay and will even stand up for you if things go wrong.
If you want to print your tickets at home instead of collecting them from the box office or having them posted to your home, remember to print all the tickets for your group - you need a ticket each.
Want 8 or more tickets to a show at St Martin’s? You're in luck, eligible for a useful group ticket discount. The group bookings phone number is 020 7836 1443.
If you're disabled, you and your carer can get discounts. Ring the theatre’s access line on 020 3034 2604, where the friendly people at the other end will arrange your tickets and answer accessibility questions.
